A practical guide for Advocates

Dealing with the vulnerable in court is becoming more common and therefore increasingly important.

This two hour advocacy oriented session, aimed at barristers and solicitors of all levels of experience, will cover case management and witness handling issues when dealing with cases involving vulnerable witnesses and defendants, as well as giving examples of best practice.
