For Practitioners

This section of the Diversity Hub brings together practical resources, guidance and opportunities to support inclusive, fair and professional practice across Circuit. It provides access to evidence-based EDI resources and best practice, including guidance on inclusive recruitment, anti-racism and anti-discrimination, chambers self-assessment tools, and commentary from barristers and academics. This section also supports practitioner involvement in mentoring and outreach, with materials, schemes and clear routes to getting involved, alongside information on wellbeing support, addressing discrimination, bullying and harassment, and resources to assist with judicial appointments. Together, these materials are intended to support individual barristers and chambers to reflect on practice, share learning, and contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable profession.
